Job Description (but not limited to):
This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Superintendent at Chattahoochee Construction Group. The Project Superintendent will be responsible for all construction and processes from the field level to ensure top tier project quality, project safety, project timeline, project budget, construction meets plans and specs, and maintaining a strong and effective relationship with the project team, subcontractors/trade partners, design teams, inspectors/governing authorities, and clients/owners/partners
Responsibilities (but not limited):
- Represent Chattahoochee Construction Group culture and attitude in all dealings with subcontractors, city officials, and design professionals.
- Oversee and direct all project field operations so that all goals and contractual requirements of quality, schedule, budget, safety, and owner/client satisfaction are achieved.
- Maintain a positive attitude to have effective relationships with customers, design team members, inspectors, subcontractors, suppliers and team members.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe construction site and work environment.
- Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, clients, design teams, and key players to ensure an on-time delivery.
- Assist with layout and ensure the project is constructed accurately in accordance with the plans and design documents.
- Maintain strong cost control throughout every project with good quality and schedule.
- Meeting deadlines of the project schedule.
- Maintain strong communication in person, via email, phone, and systems such as Procore.
- Effectively translate issues in the field so that project managers, subcontractors, and design teams can better understand conflict for quick and effective resolutions.
- Being reliable in the duties required by a superintendent.

Qualifications (but not limited to):
- 3+ year proven track record as a Commercial Superintendent (will consider past experience in residential).
- Supervisory Skills and Commercial Construction experience
- Quality Control and Construction Safety knowledge
- Scheduling proficiency
- Budget awareness
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- OSHA 10 or greater
- Have a strong character of integrity, positivity, discipline, creativity, determination, enthusiasm, resilience, persistence, motivation, self-starter/self-driven, and ambition
- Goal Oriented
- Strong understanding and knowledge of ADA
- Strong ability to lead layout
- Proficient in scheduling, Microsoft Suite applications such as Word and Excel, email, and Procore

- MUST HAVE 3+ years of being a superintendent for a commercial general contractor(s).
- Minimal education should be a high school diploma.
- Clean criminal record.
- Must pass a drug screening test.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
- Must be willing to travel.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
