Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Framing Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing the structural framework of buildings using a variety of materials and techniques. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring safety, precision, and quality at every step. Responsibilities

Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing components using hand tools and power tools with precision and efficiency.
Erect metal buildings and install metal stud framing according to schematics and blueprints.
Construct concrete forms for foundations, walls, and other structures, ensuring proper alignment and stability.
Install rebar reinforcement in concrete structures to meet engineering specifications.
Perform masonry tasks such as laying bricks or blocks when required for project completion.
Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks like lifting large framing materials or moving construction components.
Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans.
Assist with roofing, siding, stucco application, plastering, and trim carpentry as needed to support project scope.
Support construction management by coordinating with team members to meet project timelines and safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to all safety protocols at all times.

Skills

Extensive experience with frame carpentry, including woodworking and metal stud framing.
Proficiency in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels, levels, and measuring devices.
Skilled in operating power tools like drills, nail guns, grinders, and welding equipment.
Knowledge of construction management principles to coordinate tasks effectively on-site.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
Experience with concrete forming techniques and rebar installation for structural integrity.
Familiarity with roofing systems, siding installation (including metal siding), stucco application, and plastering techniques.
Competence in heavy lifting and the safe operation of heavy equipment necessary for large-scale projects.
Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction sites to ensure a secure working environment.
