- Directs technology system implementation projects; develops and manages organizational technology strategies, programs, and policies; and oversees information technology operations, services, support, and personnel.
- Including but not limited to; Manages implementation of security protocols and enforcement of access controls to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Directs implementation and maintenance of client-server infrastructure and domain directory authentication services.
- Manages technology support operations and provides escalated end-user support.
- Directs development and maintenance of website and manages associated web content, services, and domains.
- Develops technology budgets and ensures expenditure compliance within fiscal appropriations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
