We’re looking for skilled, reliable, and hardworking commercial construction workers to join our team immediately. This is a full-time, permanent role with steady work year-round. What You'll Be Doing:
Depending on your experience, tasks may include:
- Framing & Carpentry – Hanging doors, installing cabinets, general woodwork
- Concrete – Forming, pouring, and finishing
- Electrical – Replacing outlets, switches, fixtures, breakers
- Plumbing – Installing and repairing drains, sweating copper, water line work
- General Labor – Site cleanup, material handling, assisting trades
Bonus if you’ve got skills in caulking, plastering, hardscaping, fabrication, or equipment operation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior construction experience (commercial preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and jobsite awareness
- Attention to detail and clean work habits
- Professional appearance (we work in active medical and office spaces)
- Reliable transportation and your own tools
Schedule & Work Sites:
- Projects mainly in Orange County and Los Angeles
- Day shifts are standard, but some projects may require overnight or weekend work
- Flexibility and dependability are a must
