We’re hiring talented individuals for Floor Builders, Interior Trimmers, Drywall Reworkers, Siding Installers and Tile Installers. Available Positions & Responsibilities:

1. Floor Builder

Construct floor assemblies: build sideboards, place joists, attach ledger boards and hangers
Verify squareness with cross measurements
Skills Required: Construction experience, sub-component assembly, blueprint & tape measure reading

2. Interior Trimmer

Layout, measure, cut and install interior trim per blueprint specifications
Skills Required: Advanced construction tool knowledge, blueprint proficiency, accurate layout abilities

3. Drywall Reworker

Rework defects on the production line, perform line/yard changes, correct material shortages
Skills Required: Construction tool usage, blueprint reading, tape measure skills

4. Siding Installer

Prepare and install exterior wall coverings using nail guns, hoists and other tools
Follow blueprints and production orders with precision
Skills Required: Proficient with construction tools, blueprint reading, precise measurement to 1/16"

5. Tile Installer

Layout rooms, install backer board, apply tile, grout and caulking
Fit tiles into tight spaces, install shower doors, maintain a clean and safe workspace
Skills Required: Tile installation experience (training available for related experience), tool proficiency, tape measure reading to 1/16", physically capable

Schedule & Pay:

Monday – Friday
Shifts: 6 AM – 3 PM or 7 AM – 4 PM
Starting at $19+/hour depending on experience
