JOB SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the receiving, warehousing (including inventory control),
and shipping of equipment and material. The primary responsibility for preparing, tracking, logging, and
distributing all incoming/outgoing Federal Express, UPS, and local delivery shipments (domestic and
international).

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
• Forklift certified a plus
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• 2 or more years' experience in shipping and receiving or related warehouse experience.
• Familiarity with Federal Express and UPS shipping processes.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Ability to compute amounts such as space used, shipping charges, and unit of measure
conversions.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Receiving equipment. Check against packing slips. Scan, tag, and store in appropriate area
Prepare items for shipment: Pack, seal and label as required
• Create packing lists per pack requests by installation teams.
• Stage for pickup or ship to project site
• Coordinate shipping with 3rd party shippers as needed
• Assist in loading equipment and material into transport vehicles
• Organize and maintain inventory in appropriate areas
• Process RMA's
• Determine method of shipping utilizing knowledge of shipping products, routes, and rates.
• Prepare shipping documents.
• Contact carrier representatives to make arrangements or issue instructions for shipping and
delivery of packages.
• Verify and enter records of outgoing shipments in the company ERP system.
• Receive incoming shipments using the company ERP system; verify accuracy of items received.
• Deliver or route materials to all departments using hand truck, delivery cart or forklift.
• Communicate damages, shortages, or nonconformance to appropriate company personnel.
• Collaborate with multiple internal departments to ensure inbound/outbound packages are
delivered and received in a timely manner.
• Maintain required documentation for all incoming/outgoing Federal Express, UPS, and local
delivery shipments.
• Participate in loading and unloading trucks when necessary.
• Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.
• Barcode new stock or gear.
