Job Summary:
Brightview Landscapes is the leading provider of landscape installation, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Landscape Construction Foreman to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage landscape construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and schedule daily activities, including material deliveries, equipment usage, and work crew assignments.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, including leads, crew members, and subcontractors.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements and expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify potential issues, and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of leadership experience in the landscape or construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the project team.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape construction plans and specifications.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
