We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Assistant to support our construction team in various on-site tasks. Responsibilities

Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing construction materials and tools on-site
Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work areas and providing necessary supplies
Help with site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe and organized work environment
Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
Assist with basic tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials under supervision
Operate simple hand tools and equipment as trained
Support in setting up scaffolding, ladders, or other temporary structures as needed
Perform general labor duties to facilitate smooth workflow throughout the project lifecycle

Experience

Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team
Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are a plus but not mandatory for all roles
