The Associate Design Project Coordinator, for Pepsico, US Beverages (PBUS) plays a key role in keeping our fast-moving design team running smoothly. You’ll partner with leadership, designers, strategists, and marketing teams to organize projects, streamline workflows, track budgets, and help bring ideas to life across PepsiCo’s brand portfolio. Implementing success with internal and external partners across the innovation and creative process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and organization, and who’s eager to learn how great design moves from concept to consumer.
Responsibilities
PROJECT COORDINATION
Support project planning, timelines, and milestone tracking across multiple design initiatives.
Partner with Design Leads to ensure projects are properly scoped, resourced, and delivered on time.
Maintain accurate tracking of project status, deliverables, and dependencies in Monday.com or similar tools.
BUDGET & OPERATIONS
Manage design project budgets, vendor POs, and contracts (MSA/NDA/SOW/WFH) in coordination with Finance and Agency/External Resource Management.
Track and reconcile expenses and provide regular budget status updates to leadership.
Help identify operational efficiencies and process improvements across the design workflow, and content supply chain.
CREATIVE ENABLEMENT
Support internal creative communications—helping share project updates, case studies, and wins across teams.
Coordinate Design Award submissions, internal recognition moments, and Design Social Media content. Including internal design culture platforms and events.
Manage and maintain the Design Asset Library, ensuring teams can easily access brand, packaging, and campaign assets.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
Serve as a connector between Design, Marketing, and external agency partners to ensure alignment.
Collaborate with the Global Design Operations team on reporting, ROI metrics, and project dashboards.
Manage the process of internal and external content platforms, design materials, and the design recognition/awards process.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $70,700 - $118,400.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design management, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in design, creative project management, or marketing operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communicator—clear, concise, and proactive across all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with creative workflows, asset management systems, and project tracking tools.
- A team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset and curiosity to learn.
