Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting construction projects through various manual tasks, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality on-site. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable, and eager to contribute to building and infrastructure development. Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment needed for construction projects
- Perform concrete grinding on balcony, stairwells, walkways, and other multilevel exterior surfaces
- Remove existing debt, coding, using grinders hand, tools, and surface prep equipment
- Assist with patching crap filling his profiling prior to new coatings
- Left and move materials, tools, and equipment up stairwells and
- along the Gulf Coast as required
- Support skilled tradespeople by holding materials, tools, or equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and removing hazards
- Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project timelines are met efficiently
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery with proper safety procedures
Experience
- Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or general labor is advantageous but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety standards and detail
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Basic understanding of construction site safety practices is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
