Project Manager – Biotech and Health Technology

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of project execution, from planning and initiation through completion and evaluation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate collaboration across research, engineering, operations, and clinical teams to maintain transparency and drive progress.
- Monitor project performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate clear, data-driven progress reports for leadership.
- Identify risks and dependencies early, developing proactive strategies to mitigate issues before they impact timelines or budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and decision-making, ensuring all parties remain aligned on objectives and deliverables.
- Lead regular project meetings, prepare executive summaries, and maintain documentation that supports governance and compliance.
- Continuously evaluate processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement within project management practices.

Education and Experience

- At least five years of project management experience, ideally within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or health technology industries.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams in a regulated or research-driven environment.
