Woodcraft Designers & Builders, located in Canton, MA (relocating to Attleboro, MA in February 2025), has been in business for over 25 years. Regarded as one of the top high-end commercial millwork firms, we specialize in Architectural Millwork, Stone, Metals, Upholstery, and many other specialty packages. With over 50 project managers, engineers, craftsmen, and in-house field teams, we are looking for new team members to join our growing organization.
Our experience includes restaurants, offices, healthcare, laboratories, high-end residential homes, hospitality, and boutique retail.
Woodworker / Cabinetmaker Responsibilities
Job Requirements include:
- Interpreting shop drawings and use tape measure.
- Setting up and operating woodworking machines such as saws, shapers, joiners, etc.
- Use of Hand Tools
- Experience with understanding material properties and their uses including grain matching.
- Material Yield Takeoffs
- Sanding and Prep of the final product for the finish department.
- Final Assembly of finished components including mounting of hardware.
- Working in a team environment.
- Understanding Industry Safe Practices
- Experience with the following Plastic Laminate Casework, Wood Veneer Desks & Casework, Panel Layouts, Hardwoods, Doors & Hardware, Mouldings, Etc.
- Occasionally Install coordination with either our in-house installation team or subcontracting competent installers to successfully install the scope of work.
- Ability to Lift Heavy Items over 50lbs
- 5 Years of Experience
Benefit Package Offerings:
- Hourly Pay Starts at $20/hr to $33/hr+ (Based on Experience)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
