About the Role
As a Roof & Gutter Maintenance Technician, you'll handle gutter cleaning, minor roofing maintenance, and protective inspections. This hands-on role ensures you're not just cleaning—you’re preserving homes and honing a valuable trade skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, repair, and maintain gutters and downspouts with precision and safety.
- Perform minor roofing tasks—seal flashing, replace shingles or fascia as needed.
- Use fall protection, ladders, and safety gear confidently.
- Document work with before/after photos and report visible damage.
- Keep sites tidy, respectful of homes and neighborhoods.
- Engage customers professionally—represent our team with integrity and care.
Qualifications
Technical:
- Prior roofing, exterior maintenance, or construction experience is strongly preferred.
- Facility with hand and power tools.
- Comfortable working at heights and in varied weather.
- OSHA or fall-safety certified? That’s a huge plus
Personal:
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
