Big Dog Solar specializes in residential and commercial solar installation. Our Project Managers play a critical role in ensuring that projects start on the right foot and progress to completion as smoothly as possible. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented leader to support our growing team. A qualified candidate will possess great communication skills, be able to see potential issues on the horizon, and have an ability to resolve issues immediately and on the fly.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers, install teams, and operations. Managing 30 to 50 jobs in a queue at a time.
- Detailed project management and proactive customer and internal team communication.
- Meticulous documentation to ensure projects move smoothly from approval to final inspection.
- Communicate to customers regularly and build rapport
- Track the completion status of construction projects.
- Ability to proactively resolve real time issues by collaborating with customers, sales reps, install crews, and finance department to resolve issues real time and to complete change orders.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, report preparation, and internal communications.
- Update customer management systems as projects progress.

Qualifications:
- 1–5 years of administrative support experience (experience in construction or related fields is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in quality control and documentation.
- Great communication skills — both verbal and written.
- Comfortable using scheduling software, CRMs, and standard office tools, specifically Google Spaces.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
