An innovative, fast-growing company in the poultry industry is seeking a dynamic Director of Supply Chain to elevate and optimize our end-to-end operations. In this high-impact leadership role, you will oversee production planning, customer service, warehousing, transportation, purchasing, and supplier management across multiple sites. This is a rare opportunity to own the full supply chain function and directly influence the company’s growth trajectory.

What You’ll Do

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 40–50 employees—including seasoned managers—across two strategic locations.
Oversee logistics, warehousing, transportation, inventory, and supplier agreements with an emphasis on efficiency, compliance, and cost control.
Partner closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Quality to ensure a reliable supply chain that supports strong business performance.
Drive continuous improvement by optimizing systems, analyzing spend, and implementing best-in-class supply chain strategies.
Champion safety, regulatory compliance, and a culture of operational excellence at every level of the organization.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of supply chain leadership experience, ideally in cold storage, poultry, or food & beverage manufacturing.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
Proven success leading multi-site operations, inventory strategy, and complex logistics networks.
A strong people leader who builds high-performing, engaged teams.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Must have strong transportation experience.
