What You’ll Do

As a CTS Construction Laborer, you’ll:

Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
Load or unload building materials to be used.
Drill holes in various materials as needed.
Build or take apart bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
Dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact earth to prepare for construction.
Tend to equipment and machines used.
Help craft workers with their duties.

What We’re Looking For:

Must have construction labor experience.
Ability to work with various hand and power tools as needed.
Expected to be able to work independently and with others depending on scope of work.
Ability to communicate effectively with team and other field employees.
Must be able to perform general physical activities common to the construction trade.
Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work.
Valid driver’s license and transportation.
