Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hybrid Outside Sales/Field Project Manager to join our team. This role combines strategic business development, account management, and Field project oversight to drive growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will excel in B2B sales, territory management, and technical sales, leveraging CRM software like Salesforce to manage leads and client relationships effectively. This position offers a blend of in-person outside sales activities and on-site project management, requiring strong negotiation skills, customer service expertise, and the ability to generate new business opportunities through cold calling, product demos, and upselling strategies.
Duties
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed targets through direct outreach, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Lead negotiations with clients to close sales deals while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to plan and oversee field projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Oversee and manage Field projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Utilize CRM software for tracking sales activities, managing customer data, and analyzing sales performance metrics.
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and territory management strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts.
- Provide technical product demonstrations and training sessions as needed to support client understanding and adoption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to be hands-on when needed.
- Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans to manage and mitigate these risks effectively.
- Ensure that all projects are executed in compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to meet the high-quality standards expected by the company.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Proven experience in project management. 2+ years Required
- Proven Sales/Marketing representative or related experience. 2+ years required
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee projects from initiation to completion.
- Expertise in account management, territory management, lead generation, and direct sales strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms for effective pipeline management.
- Ability to conduct compelling product demos and perform upselling techniques effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for market analysis and performance tracking.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage clients across various channels including cold calling and face-to-face meetings.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
