Riley Contracting Group (RCG), is looking for a Project Manager to join our team to streamline our project bidding procedures, improve our ability to obtain additional projects and grow our company to be the contractor of choice in the area.

Reporting to the Operations Vice-President, the Project Manager will be key to this endeavor and will be responsible for understanding the fundamental drivers of Riley Contracting’s business, customers, partners, and competitors and extending the company’s reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships.

Project Manager Requirements
- In depth knowledge of design and construction practices and materials.
- 5 years’ experience in general construction estimating, budgeting, and pre-construction pricing.
- Ability to collaborate with owners, engineers, and architects to determine the specifications of the project.
- Ability to plan resources from start to finish within budget limits.
- Skilled in scheduling to meet deadlines across all phases.
- Federal project and acute care medical experience is preferred.
- Able to negotiate with Subcontractors and owners to get the best pricing for our clients.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business and / or Construction.
- Sage Estimating Software experience.
- Preferred Smart bid software experience.
- Preferred Procore software experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment, working both collaboratively and independently to meet deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously.
