Residential Construction Laborer

About the Opportunity
We are hiring Residential Construction Laborers to support home building and renovation projects in the Los Angeles area. This is a hands-on role working directly with experienced tradespeople, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys physical work and wants to grow a long-term career in construction.
Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, framers, and other skilled trades throughout residential job sites
- Move, load, and organize building materials and tools around the work area
- Maintain clean and safe work zones: debris removal, sweeping, and general site prep
- Set up and take down scaffolding, ladders, work platforms, and temporary barriers
- Safely use hand tools and basic power tools
- Support framing, layout, and finish phases as instructed
- Follow directions from supervisors to ensure work is completed accurately and safely
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, warehouse, or other physical labor preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift materials and work on your feet throughout the day
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to communicate in English
Preferred (Not Required):
- OSHA 30 Certification
- DOB Site Safety License

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
