We are seeking a Logistics/ Materials Coordinator to provide logistics, dock management, property management, and facilities support services for the WHS Facilities Operations and Services Division (FOSD) and the Reservation Logistics Services Branch (RLSB), specifically supporting the Dock Master Office and Property Management functions.

So, what will the Logistics/Material Coordinator at Terrestris do?
The Logistics Coordinator has the responsibility to ensure effective communication and coordination between all project participants (including Contractors, subcontractors, and Government).
What does a typical day look like for the Logistics/Material Coordinator?
You will:
- Perform all logistics coordination duties which include performing data entry in DPAS, planning, orchestrating movements of equipment and personnel to and from various locations, warehouses, disposal services, lease facilities and perform warehouse logistics tasks, such as inventory, issuing, transferring, and turn-in activities.
- Perform technical evaluations on third party logistics vendors to support the moving, relocation, and delivery of all items for large moves and surplus operations.
- Drive a government-provided truck for the requirements detailed by each agency which include operating safely, inspecting equipment, maintaining logs, safeguard government vehicles and property.
- Support in the set-up and breakdown of special events and ceremony sites detailed by the respective agency, setting up and removing event furniture courteously with minimal disruption.
- Respond and provide customer support to customer service requests as required by each agency, handling packages, supporting moves, managing inventory, performing logistics, and maintaining accountability.
- Provide support in the set-up and breakdown of system and executive furniture as required by each agency, supporting, coordinating, moving, arranging, installing, dismantling system and executive furniture.
- Complete DPAS training for the following roles: Data Inquiry, Agency Reports and Forms; Accountable Update without price adjustment, Asset Identifier, Asset Receiver, Asset Transfer, Maintenance and Utilization Dispatch Specialist and Data inquiry within fifteen (15) days after contract award.

- Ability to obtain and maintain Common access card (CAC)
