The Order Fulfillment & Inventory Control Specialist will ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders while maintaining optimal inventory levels. This role is critical to delivering a seamless experience for our clientele and supporting the operational backbone of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Process and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock audits.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely shipments.
Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock and order data.
Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on sales trends.
Ensure compliance with company standards for quality and presentation.

Minimum 2 years of experience in order fulfillment and inventory control, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in high-end or luxury retail operations.
Knowledge of e-commerce a plus
