Stewart Simmons is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations and to streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and improve operations systems (Shopify, inventory software, etc.)
· Implement process automation and system updates to improve workflow
· Manage production timelines ensuring samples, bulk production, and deliveries stay on schedule
· Coordinate with 3PLs or in-house warehouse on receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
· Oversee product flow from warehouse to retailers and customers
· Manage inventory and implement systems to track inventory accuracy
· Partner with team on launch calendars and project organization
· Create SKU management processes for new collections and reorders
· Manage customer experience including overseeing communication and return logistics
· Support the sales team with wholesale order logistics and shipping timelines
While these are the key responsibilities, note that Stewart Simmons is a fast-paced team operating in a dynamic industry. As such, you will be given a large amount of responsibility and will be expected to be agile and proactive.

· Are based in the greater Atlanta area and ok with occasional travel
Experience working in operations management / logistics, retail, e-commerce, or collegiate apparel is favorable but not required.
