Duties and Responsibilities:
Reports directly to the FITT Program Manager. This individual will act as FITT Scientific's primary POC to the government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for this contract, will be directly responsible for all aspects of this effort and act on FITT Scientific's behalf on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract.
Essential Job Responsibilities:

Develop a Work Plan (WP) that describes the approach to use the TDC training development tool to review, revise or create the POIs and LPs. .

Advises personnel of their responsibilities in executing the WP in support of this contract effort.

Review, revise or create the POIs, LPs, and CADs or other identified equivalent in TDC.
Provide a monthly WP IPR and weekly significant activities report (SIGACTS).
Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably with an area of interest in analysis of data and information

Graduate of the Command and General Staff College, Sergeants Major Academy, Warrant Officer Senior Service Education, or military service equivalent.

Five (5) + years of military experience with the knowledge of training and education development processes.

Personable and professional demeanor with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks with interruptions.

Intermediate to advanced competency in Microsoft Office software applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and the Internet, etc.)

Must have experience creating, reviewing, editing & formatting large documents i.e. reports, manuals, etc.

Strong attention to detail and deadlines/time frames.

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload (and adjust when needed)

Ability to compile data from records and reports and conduct basic review.
