Support Project Managers in planning and delivering retail ground-up and interior construction projects.
Assist with project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and procurement.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
Track progress, identify issues, and help resolve challenges to keep projects on time and within budget.
Foster communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are consistently met.

1-3 years of experience in construction management, ideally in retail or commercial projects.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues.
Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and grow into greater project leadership.
