eNGINE is hiring a highly technical, delivery-focused leader to join our Governance and Controls group. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product management, and delivery operations, helping to establish and maintain KPIs, hard controls, and governance mechanisms that ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality software delivery across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate combines a strong technical foundation in software delivery with proven experience driving Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD initiatives—especially in a regulated or compliance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, implement, and manage engineering governance frameworks, KPIs, and controls to support compliant delivery at scale
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to design and optimize delivery processes and tools
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
- Support the integration and adoption of delivery platforms and tools (e.g., GitLab, Artifactory, JIRA, Confluence)
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into actionable technical and process solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence, visibility, and traceability
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in delivery management, engineering operations, or technical product management
- 5+ years of experience working in a software engineering or infrastructure delivery environment
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale software or infrastructure initiatives
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe methodologies
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr, and development lifecycle tools such as GitLab or Artifactory
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Background in engineering controls, governance, or regulatory compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with DevOps, DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools or projects involving machine learning or intelligent automation
- Experience with JFrog or similar artifact management tools
- Working knowledge of Miro and other collaborative planning tools
