Job Title: Operations Coordinator (Automotive)

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail oriented and technically proficient Operations Coordinator to support our team with administrative and analytical tasks. This role is perfect for someone who likes to work in a dynamic, and collaborative environment, communicates effectively, and enjoys combining traditional administrative responsibilities with technical tools to streamline operations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage operational logistics including calendar scheduling, travel coordination, and expense processing
- Develop and optimize presentations and reports using advanced features in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data visualizations)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and drive results
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to generate insights and support business decisions
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document outcomes, and track follow-up actions using collaboration platforms
- Maintain structured documentation systems and ensure timely reporting and compliance with internal processes
Qualifications
- Based in the United States (onsite 5 days a week in Auburn Hills, MI)
- This role is primarily onsite (5 days/week), with flexibility for occasional remote work as needed.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (charts, pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable with administrative tasks and eager to contribute to technical and process improvement initiatives
- Prior experience in a technical or corporate support role preferred
