Bright Minds is searching for a strategic PMO leader for an exciting opportunity to drive project management strategy and operational excellence with our high-growth construction client. This is a transformational opportunity to implement process standardization, tools, and performance metrics with the goal of building a world class PMO.
Required Experience:
- 15+ years of project managment expertise within large scale construction, utilities, or infrastructure environments.
- P&L responsibility for large and complex project portfolios.
- Deep knowledge of project controls, scheduling, cost forecasting, and risk management.
- Experience implementing standardized PMO processes and governance frameworks.
- Organizational change management and launching project operations nationally across multiple business lines.
