As our International Logistics Manager, you’ll be one of our supply chain heroes making sure the right tools land in the right hands at the right time. From forecasting demand to coordinating global freight, you'll ensure our product is available Anywhere There Is Work To Be Done.
Core Responsibilities –
• Coordinate inbound Ocean Freight ensuring optimal container mix and on-time delivery
• Work closely with manufacturing partners (both domestic and international)
• Build and manage strong partnerships with our core ocean freight carriers keeping shipments on schedule and on cost from port to port
• Monitor inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations
• Collaborate with Sales & Ops teams to ensure on-time delivery and happy retail partners
• Analyze supply chain data and spot inefficiencies to improve business processes
• Assist in freight optimization and cost reduction strategies
• Help us build systems and capabilities that scale as fast as our growth
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
· 2-5 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations. Experience can include relevant internships in Supply Chain or Operations
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in inventory management software systems.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Experience with demand forecasting and procurement strategies is a plus.

Physical Job Requirement:
The role primarily involves sitting in a comfortable position with regular opportunities for movement. Occasionally, there may be a need to lift or move light articles.
