Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Help Desk Specialist, based in Greater Houston, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Help Desk Specialist will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and managing Help Desk tickets. This position also involves guiding users through solutions, supporting desktop computers, and delivering excellent customer support to ensure satisfaction with IT services.
Qualifications
- Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk Support skills
- Experience with Desktop Computers and related hardware/software troubleshooting
- Strong Customer Support and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and basic system administration is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) are advantageous
