The Operations Specialist will play a key role in driving operational performance and scaling strategic initiatives that enable efficient, high-quality service delivery. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this individual will manage cross-functional projects, implement process improvements, and provide data-driven insights to strengthen areas such as member support, vendor engagement, and internal team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Licensure & Compliance Support
- Own and maintain provider licensure processes; prior licensure experience not required, training provided.
- Ensure compliance requirements are met and documentation is kept accurate and up to date.
Operational Processes
- Support the design and execution of operational programs that improve workflows and service delivery.
- Track key metrics and provide reporting to leadership.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with clinical, support, and internal teams to align on deliverables and resolve issues.
- Create feedback loops to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
Process & Project Support
- Assist with process improvements and scalability initiatives.
- Document workflows and help build scalable systems as the company grows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in program or operations management with proven success in leading projects, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable influencing across teams.
- Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or healthcare environment is a plus.
