Superintendent – Defense Manufacturing Project

$100,000 – $150,000 base + bonus + profit sharing + vehicle allowance/truck
An award-winning general contractor with deep roots in Central Ohio is seeking additional Superintendents to support a series of high-profile defense manufacturing projects recently awarded in the region.
This firm has built its reputation on collaboration, integrity, and genuine work-life balance. It’s not in their culture to run night or weekend work as the norm — but due to the fast-track deadlines and secure nature of this program, they’re looking for Superintendents who are comfortable working night shifts and/or weekends when necessary to ensure project success.
What You’ll Do
- Lead field operations on high-security, complex interior renovation and tenant improvement projects.
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality from start to finish.
- Coordinate closely with project management, owners, and design teams to meet tight deadlines.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of a nationally recognized program for an innovative defense client.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing interior renovation, TI, or fit-out projects, ideally with some larger project experience ($10M–$30M range).
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with shifting priorities.
- Leadership presence, field problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Willingness to work night and/or weekend shifts as needed for this flagship program.
