Position Overview: As a Project Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the finest homes in the Rocky Mountain Range. We are seeking a candidate with:
- 5 years of experience in high-end residential construction
- Proven management skills to lead subcontractors toward an end goal of meeting the highest level of quality on schedule
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire subcontractors into providing the highest level of quality on our one-of-a-kind homes.
- Drive project success by managing schedules, budgets, and resources effectively, turning vision into reality.
- Uphold our commitment to excellence through rigorous quality control measures, ensuring each project meets our exacting standards.
- Harness the power of construction management software to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and deliver on time and within budget.
- Foster strong relationships with contractors and subcontractors, collaborating seamlessly to achieve exceptional results.
