Support day-to-day project management tasks and project team coordination
Track contracts, pricing, purchase orders, and change orders
Manage submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and insurance documentation
Perform field observations and site surveys as directed
Maintain accurate project data and ensure key information is shared appropriately
Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory tracking
Support preparation of proposals and updates for ongoing projects
Attend meetings and maintain action logs
Uphold information security standards and protect confidential company data

A successful Assistant Project Manager (APM) should have:

1-3 years' experience in construction management or project coordination
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Detail-oriented, self-starter with excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, and cloud-based project management software (e.g., Procore)
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Experience with medium to high-complexity construction projects is a plus
Mission-critical or data center construction experience is a bonus but not required
