Our media and technology client is looking for a highly organized and adaptable Junior Project Manager to support digital products and technical projects. This temporary contract role is full-time (40 hours per week) and offers hands-on experience coordinating cross-functional teams across advertising technology, streaming, video on demand and product operations. This role is on-site in Culver City, CA. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments, manages competing priorities with ease and brings structure to ad-hoc requests without slowing execution. The role balances tactical coordination with strategic collaboration, ensuring stakeholders are informed and workflows run efficiently in a constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities:
- Drive clarity in complex projects by defining requirements, managing interdependencies and aligning stakeholders
- Identify gaps in support or processes and escalate issues to leadership as needed
- Monitor project progress, resolve roadblocks and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Partner with vendors to track deliverables and maintain visibility across teams
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take notes and support project communication
- Adapt to project needs to ensure smooth operations and alignment with goals
- Maintain clear and concise project documentation using PM tools and processes
- Facilitate cross-team and vendor collaboration to ensure alignment
- Track, document and report project milestones, risks, and progress
- Manage and organize tickets in Jira
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in digital media, product or technology
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint or similar project management tools
- Experience leading workshops, defining outcomes and driving execution
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities
- Familiarity with PMO processes and reporting; able to contribute to planning activities
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to iterate quickly
- Skilled at tailoring communication for diverse audiences
- Experience managing both internal teams and external vendors
- Exposure to multiple technology domains within enterprise organizations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn new tools and processes
- Ability to quickly develop expertise in new technologies to support project teams
