Job Title: Desktop/Endpoint Engineer (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Westerville, OH (Hybrid 3 Days Per Week Onsite)

We’re seeking a Desktop/Endpoint Engineer to support and modernize the organization’s device management and deployment environment. What You’ll Do:
- Lead Device Management: Configure, deploy, and maintain desktop and endpoint systems using Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) and SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
- Engineer and Optimize: Manage Group Policy, application packaging, and structured system deployment processes.
- Collaborate and Deliver: Work closely with the Help Desk Manager and fellow engineers to execute modernization initiatives from design to implementation.
- Project Ownership: Take the lead on technical projects—balancing execution, documentation, and communication.
- Drive Innovation: Contribute to upcoming initiatives including hybrid join transitions, SCCM Linkpoint integration, and device imaging improvements.
- Mentor and Upskill: Provide peer leadership, helping to train and develop other IT team members.
