Full-time Roofing Technician
Potomac Exteriors LLC is currently seeking an experienced Roofer of 2+ years to join our team. The skilled Roofer will be responsible for roof inspections, maintenance, repairs, installation of both Commercial and Residential roofs. Or perform other related duties as assigned. We also specialize in Duradek Installation and Snow Management.
Our Ideal Candidate :
● 2+ years of experience, preferred
● Valid Driver’s License (preferred — not required)
● Eligible to work in the U.S.
● Knowledge of roofing products, materials and proper installation; Shingles, TPO/PVC,
EPDM
● Compliance of all OSHA safety regulations and procedures
● Able to work in a wide variety of weather
● Able to perform general physical activities (climb ladders, stairways, lift at least 50lbs)
Schedule/ Location :
● Monday - Friday (on occasions weekends may be required)
● Candidate will work multiple locations — Northern VA, DC, Montgomery and PG County
● Work remotely : No
Wages :
● $20-$30/hour — per experience and driver’s license
