Senior Vice President of Technology & Innovation. This executive will bring vision to transformation, discipline to growth, and innovation to a business that blends creativity, commerce, and scale.
The Role
The SVP of Technology & Innovation will serve as the architect of the company’s digital and technical evolution — leading the modernization of legacy systems, integrating emerging technologies, and advancing enterprise-wide innovation. This leader will ensure that technology becomes a core enabler of growth, productivity, and customer experience, connecting creative ambition with operational precision.
It’s a hands-on, forward-looking role for an executive who can lead through complexity while building clarity — translating innovation into systems, data, and digital platforms that scale.
What You’ll Do
Technology Leadership
- Define and deliver an enterprise-wide technology roadmap aligned with business priorities and long-term growth goals.
- Oversee product engineering, systems architecture, data infrastructure, and platform reliability.
- Lead the modernization of legacy systems and tools, ensuring scalable, efficient, and secure enterprise operations.
- Establish best-in-class standards for cybersecurity, compliance, and governance.
Innovation & AI Integration
- Drive enterprise-level AI initiatives — from pilot to deployment — integrating machine learning and automation into operations, product, and customer experience.
- Partner with business leaders to embed AI and data analytics into decision-making, forecasting, and performance management.
- Identify and incubate new technologies that enhance creativity, efficiency, and speed-to-market across the portfolio.
- Manage strategic technology partnerships, vendor relationships, and digital transformation programs.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of technology and innovation professionals.
- Partner closely with the CEO, COO, and business unit leaders to align digital and operational strategy.
- Translate complex technology concepts into clear, actionable plans that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Foster collaboration across creative, commercial, and manufacturing functions to ensure technology solutions integrate seamlessly with the business.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a senior technology executive (CTO, CIO, SVP, or equivalent) within a consumer goods, lifestyle, or manufacturing organization.
- Demonstrated success leading AI innovation projects and integrating advanced technologies into existing business operations.
- Track record of modernizing legacy systems and scaling enterprise technology capabilities.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, data architecture, software development, and emerging technologies.
- Strong commercial and operational fluency, capable of bridging creative ambition and disciplined execution.
- Experienced in managing distributed or global teams within complex organizations.
- High EQ and collaborative leadership style; able to influence, align, and empower cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.

Base Compensation Range
$300,000 - $400,000 USD
