Role Overview
In this role, you’ll design and oversee the processes that make internet connectivity simple, fast, and reliable. You’ll help turn a traditionally complex setup into a smooth, customer-friendly experience that gives our company a competitive edge.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate across Customer Success, Operations, Engineering teams, and external partners (ISPs, property managers, and infrastructure providers) to ensure seamless internet setups.
- Manage deployments ranging from single-location installations to large, multi-country projects.
- Work closely with offshore fulfillment teams to maintain efficiency, consistency, and readiness for customers.
- Identify bottlenecks and create playbooks, standard operating procedures, and process improvements to scale operations worldwide.
- Use data and systems thinking to streamline operations, reduce handoffs, and maintain high service quality.
Who You Are
- 1–4 years of experience in operations or program management, preferably in a consulting, startup, or legacy-industry environment
- Track record of improving customer-facing processes and tools.
- Skilled at managing complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous situations.
Bonus Points
- Experience in healthtech, fintech, or infrastructure-related startups.
- Hands-on experience with hardware or network deployments.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Airtable or Monday.com.
