Title: IT Project Manager
Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid: 3 days on-site per week)
Employment Type: Contract (12 months)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented IT Project Manager to lead various implementations and migration projects such as a Telecom migration.
Responsibilities:
- Tracking and managing the project budget (between $500K-1M).
- Managing the project timeline.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Leading meetings, including steerco meetings.
- Experience managing implementations.
- Understanding of implementation pitfalls and risk management.
- Experience leading steerco meetings.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical project management at-scale.
- Experience managing projects with external stakeholders/third parties within budget constraints.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification
- Experience with SmartSheets and ServiceNow
- Healthcare industry experience
- Prior experience managing a Telecom Project
