Position Overview
We’re looking for a skilled laborer to join our team. This role offers more than a paycheck—it’s a pathway to a career in modular housing construction. Responsibilities May Include
• Perform carpentry tasks, including framing, trim, and finish work
• Conduct general construction operations such as site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
• Contribute to the design, setup, and launch of our prototype Modular Factory
• Collaborate with a small, agile team to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Provide ideas, innovate, and problem-solve to contribute to our culture
Typical Skills and Experiences
• Experience in construction or a similar industry is preferred
• Ability to work with many tools and materials safely and efficiently
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable in a leadership-style environment where you take charge of new ideas
• Certifications such as General Contractor license, OSHA 10/30, or forklift operator are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
