The File Coordinator (FC) is the CORE entity of the company that synergizes all departments together to provide seamless workflow to get the job done!

Basic Job Function:
Champions the administration of the project files for the company. The main responsibility of the FC is data gathering, compilation, and management of all job files; assigning new jobs; coordinating the field schedules; communicating with the Project Manager, Production Manager, and clients; Estimate generation; and file completion.
Requirements:
~ Well-rounded individual with energy and professionalism
~ Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Word, Excel
~ Organized, possess written and verbal communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks
~ Friendly with good customer service skills
~ Great work ethic, initiative, good problem solving ability, and the desire to keep growing
~ Able to work well independently as well as on a team
Equipment Use: Computer, scanner, copier, fax machine, voice-over IP telephone system.
Work Hours: 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday; position requires regular and predictable attendance. Possible after hours and weekends.
Mental Demands: Requires attention to detail, and the ability to recognize and prioritize office workload to assist quickly and effectively.
Physical Demands: Requires sitting at desk for extended periods of time, and driving for short durations. Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in-person, by telephone, and email.
Qualification Requirements:
Skills/Knowledge: Must have valid Driver's License; must be able to read and write legibly.
Education/Training: On-the-job training provided. DASH
