We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects. You will play a key role in client relations, project planning, and coordination, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.

Pay Range: Up to $100,000/yr

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and priorities.
Project Oversight: Define project objectives, manage resources, and develop project charters.
Scheduling: Plan and coordinate inspections, and track project progress.
Documentation: Maintain and manage all project documentation and distribute inspection reports.
Coordination: Facilitate weekly meetings with clients and internal teams, addressing any issues or concerns.
Issue Notification: Notify clients of time-sensitive concerns or issues such as non-conformances (NCRs) or requests for information (RFIs).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field preferred.
Project management experience in construction.
Proficiency in reading blueprints.
