As a frontline leader in Fire & Water mitigation emergency management, you will coordinate immediate support to property owners during fire and water emergencies, helping them navigate the first steps of restoration.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference in high-pressure situations while demonstrating leadership and expertise in emergency response protocols.

Duties

Using an APP specifically designed for our industry.
Act as the primary point of contact during Fire & Water emergencies, coordinating response efforts efficiently and decisively
Respond to live emergency alerts 24/7
Assess property damage and secure work authorizations.
Provide support for families in crisis.

Requirements

Proven track record in "one-call close" sales.
Highly self-motivated.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to work nights and weekends.
Minimum 2 years of restoration or insurance claims experience. (preferred)
Strong empathetic communication and negotiation skills.
Valid driver's license.
Clean background.
Understanding the financial benefits of commission compensation.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
