Position Summary / Purpose

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing restoration projects from initiation to completion while also serving as a sales liaison, crafting detailed scope notes for submission to desk estimators. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in both project execution and sales efforts, ensuring seamless communication and a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of restoration projects, including assessment, planning, execution, collections, and file completion.
Engage and collaborate with clients to assess restoration needs and generate detailed scope notes for submission to desk estimators.
Secure formal agreements encompassing payment schedules and all requisite documentation for contractual purposes.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain quality standards.

· Maintain strategic relationships with vendors and subcontractors.

· Meticulously plan and allocate resources for the project to ensure effective budget management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
