Project Manager – Countertops

Granite Top, Inc. is a trusted natural and engineered stone fabrication company with over 18 years of experience. Based in Kent, Washington, we pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship and reliable service. We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee countertop projects from initial order through fabrication and final installation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple countertop projects from start to finish
Coordinate with clients, builders, designers, and internal teams
Review project details, drawings, and specifications
Schedule templating, fabrication, and installation timelines
Update project details and job scope after templating to ensure accuracy for production
Communicate project updates and resolve issues as they arise
Ensure accuracy of measurements, materials, and job scope
Work closely with shop manager to ensure project execution
Maintain project documentation and job tracking

Qualifications

Experience in project management (countertop or construction industry preferred)
Knowledge of stone fabrication and installation processes
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
Proficient in basic computer programs; CAD knowledge is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Tools & Software (Preferred Experience)

Moraware (or similar job tracking/CRM systems)
Slabsmith (or similar slab layout software)
CAD/CAM files
Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Compensation

Pay depends on experience (DOE)

Pay: $56,110.25 - $75,000.00 per year
