About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager based in New York to manage end-to-end jewelry development projects for North American luxury clients. As the key bridge between our New York clients and China-based design and manufacturing teams, you will oversee project execution from initial concept alignment and sampling to final production delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle jewelry development projects, including product briefing, sampling, approval and production delivery.
Develop project timelines, milestones and coordination plans to ensure smooth execution.
Work closely with clients, designers and China-based teams to align creative requirements with manufacturing capabilities.
Serve as the main client contact, manage expectations and resolve project challenges.
Support product optimisation related to materials, craftsmanship, quality and production feasibility.
Ensure jewelry products meet brand quality requirements and relevant US market standards.

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience in fine jewelry, fashion jewelry or luxury product development.
Experience working with North American luxury brands is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of stainless steel jewelry materials, manufacturing processes and product development workflows.
Experience managing cross-border projects between US clients and Asian manufacturing teams is a plus.
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Must be based in New York.
