D&M Civil is currently looking to hire a Civil Site Foreman with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Supervisor.

The Civil Site Foreman will lead and manage a team of D&M Civil Operators, Laborers and Sub- contractors.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Must be able to read and understand all plan and specifications.

· Must be able to coordinate all survey requirements and able to shoot line and grade.

· Must have good knowledge of site safety including trench safety and soil classifications.

· Must be able to coordinate, schedule and direct all site operations including subcontractors.

· Candidate for this position must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be professional, organized, disciplined, aggressive, accountable and be able to task train employees to execute the work safely and productivity.

· Ideal candidate will possess all the above and be an over achiever with a strong desire to grow a better company.
