Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated commission based Foundation Repair Salesman to join our dynamic team! Duties

Engage with prospective clients to assess foundation concerns and explain repair options clearly and confidently
Conduct on-site inspections, utilizing blueprint reading, schematics, and construction site experience to evaluate foundation issues accurately
Prepare detailed estimates using construction estimating skills, including materials, labor, and project timelines
Communicate effectively with the Office Manager and assistant to ensure smooth project flow from initial consultation through completion
Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, inspections, estimates, and follow-up activities

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management, inspection, or estimating with a strong understanding of foundation repair processes
Familiarity with construction tools including hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and scaffolding safety procedures
Knowledge of encapsulation, foundation, plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, concrete finishing, framing carpentry, flooring installation is highly desirable
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients and team members
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel locally for site visits and inspections
