Position Responsibilities:

Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
Perform structural framing, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, trim installation, and crown molding installation.
Install flooring, cabinetry, doors, windows, stair components, and other finish materials.
Complete tile installations using industry-approved waterproofing systems and best practices.
Assist with plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and other remodeling tasks as needed.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, drawings, and specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Communicate professionally with coworkers, subcontractors, and homeowners.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Continue developing skills through ongoing training and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years of residential remodeling experience, including tile installation experience.
Strong knowledge of carpentry, flooring, tile installation, drywall, plumbing, and basic electrical systems.
Experience in reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Dependable, punctual, and professional.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 80 pounds.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
Ability to work in varying weather conditions and active construction environments.
