Duties and Responsibilities:

-Ability to read and understand Design Build guidelines, drawings, and project specifications, along with a strong grasp of the management process.

- Capable of reviewing approved submittals in line with the project scope.

- Skilled in reviewing detailed project takeoffs and preparing contract documents.

- Communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers to secure scopes and prices for materials and equipment.

- Expected to interact with owners, architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

- Work closely with other Project Managers and the estimating team to identify cost-saving options.

- Monitor the monthly progress of the project and prepare monthly progress payments based on completed work and supplied materials.

- Ability to travel to various project locations as needed.

- Obtain bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials, identifying qualified subcontractors, and negotiating terms.

- Develop schedules necessary for project completion.

- Travel to job sites and attend project meetings as required.

- Manage data related to submittals, change orders, closeouts, and other documentation.

- Perform additional duties as directed by management. General Company Information:

Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor's Degree preferred or equal experience.
Minimum of five years’ experience conducting estimating or Project Management on HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical system projects.
Great communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Experience with Design Build applications and coordination drawings.
Must have good computer skills and be familiar with Bluebeam, SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
